In comprehensive insurance, cash compensation is unavailable unless the vehicle is considered to be a total loss. Otherwise, the vehicle is repaired at the company’s approved repair centers.

Medical - Cash Payments
In the event of an emergency, the customer can submit a request for cash medical reimbursement, and compensation will be based on the prevailing prices and the prices of the customer’s category. For compensation, the customer must state the reason for paying in cash and not using the insurance coverage.
Knowing that one of the cases that fall under the terms of reimbursement is emergency cases, provided that the location of the service provider is geographically the closest service provider to the patient’s aid. For non-emergency cases, prior approval from SAICO is required.
- The customer must submit a request for medical cash reimbursement to the insurance company within a period not exceeding 30 working days from the date of the service.
- Policyholders must provide the insurance company with documents supporting the claims requested by the company within a period not exceeding 30 working days from the date of the request.
- The policyholder shall be compensated by the insurance company for the reimbursement expenses according to the prevailing rates for the category and network of the customer within a period not exceeding 15 working days from the date of completion of the reimbursement application.

Yes, you can request to cancel the vehicle insurance in the following cases:
1.When selling the vehicle

2. when there is another Insurance coverage on the vehicle

- Certificate of insurance
- A copy of the IBAN
- Fill in the cancellation form
- New insurance certificate
3. Total loss and Vehicle ownership cancellation
- Certificate of insurance
- A copy of the IBAN,
- Filling out the cancellation form
- A print from the General Department of Traffic stating that the ownership of the vehicle has been canceled and that the car is being used as a spare part.
