The Customer Service Department strives to satisfy the customers’ needs and expectations by offering high standard services. Within this context, SAICO has planned an articulated policy to satisfy its customers and enhance its trade name and image and to maintain its leading role through the enhancement of its customers’ loyalty. This, in turn, helps the company in maintaining its present customer base as well as expanding it further. The company also organizes training programs for its customer service employees aiming to improve their capabilities in making the right decisions. A ‘Follow-up’ Committee studies the backlog of unsettled claims, if any, and takes the necessary actions immediately to solve the relevant claims and facilitate customer service.
